RB’s are the most consistent point scorers in Fantasy football, so picking a good one early is a great foundation to a winning team. What defines good? Look for RB’s that are the clear starters on their team, had a good season last year and are on a team that will run the ball.
Some teams are really good at scoring the ball (For example, Chiefs, Bills, 49ers) which means players that start on that team are more likely to score you points from week to week.
Don’t be in a rush to pick a QB, there are a ton of good ones. But once you secure a couple good players, it might be worth taking a chance at picking a great QB early. What defines great? Their leaders of a top tier offense who have the potential to throw or run a lot of TD’s. Their potential of consistently scoring points can be the difference between your team winning the championship.
Every year there are a handful of rookies or young player that surprisingly do amazing. Since they’re early in the league, these players are typically available in the later rounds. Try to find someone to take a gamble on.
